Direct Support Professional - CILA Program at Princeton or Granville
Direct Support Professionals provide assistance to adults in the areas of employment, daily living skills, and socialization. Successful candidates must treat individuals with respect and dignity while preserving their confidentiality and privacy. Position may also include providing personal hygiene supports. We currently have openings for full- and part-time positions; Must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or GED, valid drivers license, and ability to pass criminal background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen.
Residential Team Supervisor
Duties include training, scheduling, monitoring outcomes progress, overseeing budgets, and supervision of staff in the residential setting. The Residential Team Supervisor will share on call responsibilities. The right candidate will have knowledge of regulatory compliance. Direct Support Professional (DSP) training/experience preferred. Candidate must be willing to work second and third shift including some weekend hours. Competitive pay and medical, dental, and vision benefits offered. Pre-employment physical required.
